If you want to know more about recycling in Hamilton, bring your questions, your garbage (if you don't know what to do with it), and your sense of humour. We'll talk trash. You'll go home with all that you need to know to get down to ONE bag of garbage or less each week.

Consider hosting neighbours on your block. We'll bring answers if you bring home-made (or store-bought) cookies.

Go to www.hamilton.ca/waste to complete a presentation request form or go straight to the form

Check out Hamilton’s own Recycling Queen and Queen of Green:

Paper coffee cups go in your green cart. They make excellent little ‘grease buckets.’ When you’re done frying on the stove, empty the grease into a paper coffee cup, let it harden, and toss it in your green cart. The lids go in your blue box.

Remember to Reduce, Reuse then Recycle
