McMaster Bread Bin

Published: October 25, 2008

This Halloween, the McMaster Bread Bin, our on campus food bank, is hosting a food drive called Trick or Eat. On the evening of October 31st, participating students will be going door to door among the trick-or-treaters, dressed in costume and wearing a Trick or Eat nametag. Instead of candy, they'll be asking for non-perishable food items. All of the food will be donated to the Hamilton Food Share, where it will help feed the 18,000 residents of Hamilton who rely on a food bank.

Be prepared! Make sure you have some non-perishable food ready so that when a trick-or-eater rings your doorbell they won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for your support! If you have any questions or would like to get involved, contact Patrick Byrne at mealexchange@msu.mcmaster.ca.
