Westdale High School Students Successful in Math Contests

Judith Bishop, Hamilton Wentworth District School Board trustee for Wards 1 and 2, sent us the following good news:

Once again, Westdale students have had phenomenal success in writing math contests. More than 65,000 students from over 1,300 schools across Canada participated in these contests this year. Certificates of distinction are awarded to students ranking in the top 25 per cent of all the contestants in Canada. Westdale received a total of 62 certificates of distinction. WOW!
